- Warranty: If the product is faulty, damaged, or a part breaks, we will repair it for 6 years from the date of enrollment. Please contact customer service for repair requests. If the repair requires several days, we will provide a replacement bag.
- A fee may be incurred depending on the repairs required. We will contact you with a quote after we have received the bag. Repairs for damage caused intentionally or naturally from wear and tear will incur a fee.
